Snow Kingdom: Forts & Artic Friends

We warmly invite your little one to join us for a joyful winter adventure filled with snow fort building, snowy do-si-dos, and hot cocoa. Through play, stories, and hands-on building, children will learn how snow forts are made around the world and discover how Arctic animals live and thrive in winter. Hosted by the Nature School of Sudbury Teaching Team (Charlotte Olson & Keara Savage).

Owl Moon Walk

Join us for a night of owling under the Snow Moon. Soup and potluck for dinner followed by a group reading of Owl Moon by Jane Yolen. Next, we will take a group walk through the woods, hoping to spot (or hear!) an owl. We'll dress warmly- with boots for the snow- walk softly under the bright light of the full moon, and learn a few owlcalls along the way.
